Hebert Moloantoa

Mr. H.P.G. Moloantoa, is a mature and well groomed Human Resource Executive with a strong Management, Labour and Union experience, is the chairperson of Gola-Khula and Managing Director of Herbert Moloantoa & Associates. In 1974, Herbert obtained a Bsc Degree at the University of South Africa, the first of a number of qualifications he obtained both in South Africa and overseas. His professional career in Human Resource Management started at the University of the Witwatersrand in 1970 and in 1974, he joined DeBeers Industrial Diamond Division as Personnel Officer. In 1977 he joined BP Southern Africa as Group Industrial Relations Officer, a position he held for five years. In 1981 he became a Manager Labour Relations for D&H Industrial Holdings Group of companies. In 1986 he joined the Northwest Province, government as Secretary General/ Director General for the Department of Manpower, until 1994, when he established his own Consultancy to service organisations in issues regarding Labour Relations, Management of Diversity, Employment Equity, Adult Basic Education and Black empowerment. Herbert is a founder member of the Black Management Forum.
